So it has been one week since I started the Your Shape Challenge. I lost one pound. One lonely pound but I am pleased.
Ya see, I ate a ton this week. Yes, I watched my portions and yes I ate healthy but I ate a lot of those healthy little portions.
I did what ya call "Stress Eat" and it was not pretty.
I think my entire lunch one day last week consisted of things on a stick and we all know that if it comes on a stick then it is probably gonna stick to your thighs and butt and stomach and make you have a 4th chin.
I did work out. Yes Mam I did. Only 4 times this week.
4 stinkin times.
What I need is some M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N (I am singing that song R-E-S-P-E-C-T in my head when I say Motivation, but spelling Motivation instead of, oh crap, you get the picture, right?!?)
I need someone to light a fire up my ass.
I need Jenny McCarthy to personally come to my house and yell at me IN PERSON
Ya hear that Jenny dear, I NEED YOU! (and the number to your plastic surgen but we can talk about that later, ok? Call me!)
